The hot tub was not working. This is the second time in a year that I’ve stayed at this hotel and the hot tub did not work.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend 2025 and I loved it staff was very friendly when I checked in hallways were clean the room was beautiful and very spacious there was no weird smells anywhere there was not a lot of noise at all and the best part the showers we're not warm but not super hot it was a perfect balance breakfast was okay at best but you're in a very great location so you can go anywhere for that

My room was nice and very clean. The staff was accommodating. Only complaint was there was no remote for the television in my room. Also the elevator needs updating other than that the accommodations were very nice.

There was no shower gel. I had to use the shampoo as soap. There was a leak in the bathroom sink and i saw a big roach in the bathroom

My experience staying here was great! The receptionist Salinda was very welcoming & kind, and she had breakfast ready by 6am. 10/10 recommend!

526房间的电视机太差劲了，每隔15-20分钟就会随机自动开关机，完全没道理，请尽快更换。另外，热水浴缸虽然喷水功能正常，但水温却不加热。
房间很不干净。毛巾和浴垫都没有更换。淋浴间和浴缸脏得令人作呕。绝对不会推荐。
位置太差了。好像就在州际公路边上，我整晚都只能听到车流声。睡得糟透了。
