Over charged! Staff not friendly when complaining about door that kept sticking and difficult to get into room! Key cards would work on some places but not the others! Very disappointed in this stay!!

Good for the price
Parking was easy. The room was close to where we were attending a wedding and the room big enough to get ready in. I would have hoped for bigger beds, but I knew they were double and not queens when I booked. The hotel didn't have any available rooms with queen beds.

We loved our room! We were able to visit the hot tub and it was soo nice, stayed super hot. Bed was so comfortable. This hotel has everything on my wish list for a hotel to have- free breakfast, free parking, and a hot tub. We will stay here again any time our travels take us back to this area. We stayed in the King suite for a phenomenal price and had plenty of space for our stuff. The room includes a microwave and a fridge! The property is tucked away behind some shady trees but also situated not far from a huge shopping plaza down the road.

Staff was not professional. Price was too expensive for a hotel that is under construction. Their room smelled moldy. There were people sitting in the parking lot. I did not feel safe with my two children. I love my car at my son’s apartment due to the safety deer in the parking lot. Elevator definitely felt like it was gonna break. General manager, Richard was called when I was providing my concerns. He refused to take the call but would talk to the hotel Associates.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and updated. The beds weren't the most comfortable, as I personally don't like firm beds...but that certainly won't deter me from staying here again. I like the location as well. It's hidden and felt safe.

Enjoyed my stay
When I checked in, the attendant at the front desk was amazing and helpful. Gave me all the info I needed. I was a little skeptical, but she made the little "needs work" issues worth overlooking. The pool/hot tub was clean and enjoyable. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy. Of course there are things that need updating/improving, but again the great service and hospitality outshine those issues. I plan to stay again.
