I’ve stayed at this location a few times before and never any issues visits before I was in rooms on the right side from the office and those rooms seemed updated and really clean this time I was on the left side and the condition of the room you would think you in a different hotel boards on the floor popping up the bathroom was nasty and half the lights in the room didn’t work

The bathroom had two leaks and black mold on the wall and there was much more wrong with the room and the whole place.

Tried to get my room changed no such luck , tried to speak with a manager told I would need to call him on a Monday or Tuesday after 9am

ROACHES in the building!
4th time staying here and the last. 1st room wasn’t clean, had pet hair all over the room and an opened 24oz beverage in it. 2nd room had a pile of water at the door when you walked in. 3rd room they gave me, I thought was a winner, until I woke up at 2:30a to roaches on my bed. Then I cut the light on and there were more on the floor. I went to the front desk but no one was there. So I quickly removed my belongings and was forced to sleep in my car that night. I don’t do roaches and neither should you have to. No excuse! Rooms need to be properly cleaned and maintained. After three successful stays, this one will keep me away.

地理位置优越，靠近95号州际公路出口、餐厅和购物中心。
工作人员很友好。入住手续快捷方便。第一个房间的地板上从门到床都是水。他们很贴心地安排了更衣室。第二个房间开门的时候非常冷，家具和地板上都残留着水汽。我用来苏尔消毒液喷洒了所有东西后，用毛巾擦干了所有东西。地板很脏。冰箱的冷冻室结冰了，根本打不开。每晚67美元，物有所值。
我太恶心了。很遗憾，我再也不会住那里了。加枕头、WiFi 都成了问题，而且我们房间里还有蟑螂。我向前台和宾客关系部投诉了。
糟糕的客户服务
预订没有确认，没有安排住宿，让我错过了一整天的工资——更不用说房间脏得令人作呕了
房间里有活的和死的虫子，空调把房间里弄得一滩水。只有一条浴巾。
