The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was old and the shower in our room broke and sprayed water on the ceiling.

Rude staff, bedbugs, pool had bugs and stains, tried to cancel stay and still charged us the entire 408 dollars even though we were there for only 2 hours.

房间很棒,温馨舒适,早餐比我住过的其他酒店都好。前台经理人非常好,乐于助人。我太太退房后还有一个会议,经理给我们提供了很多选择,包括给我们一张临时房卡继续使用房间,使用商务中心或餐厅,或者延迟退房。他考虑得非常周到。
那是一家非常糟糕、破败不堪的酒店,照片完全是骗人的,实际情况和照片上完全不一样。我们到了之后闻到一股浓重的烟味。门口到处都是人在抽烟,对我的孙子来说太不安全了,所以我希望能从*******那里拿回我的钱,只好另找一家酒店。
房间非常干净。房间里毛巾数量充足,泳池边还可以额外取用。酒店不仅有泳池,还有室内外热水浴缸。早餐是标准的早餐,分量完全够用。前台服务人员非常友好,办理入住手续也很迅速。
所有员工都非常友善,食物也很美味,我们一家人都很享受这次酒店之旅。
房间需要翻新,有异味,暖气不好用而且噪音很大。床单也像纸一样沙沙作响。
酒店接待员的服务很差,预订时还说是 ******* 应用程序的问题😠
周围的一切都很美,工作人员也非常友好。🙏
