Mostly clean, just unstaffed, waited 30 minutes for a teenager in a tshirt to show up and check me and other waiting guests to check in. Hand scribbled sign at desk indicating be right back. Why do owners think single coverage is okay in such an unprofessional manner?

Three shift of 8 hours. So frontdesk is here 24X7. We ask employee and he said he went to help other guest in the room for TV issue. And he said not for 30 minuts bu fot 15 minuts.We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests. Great place to stay.
Our stay was short but pleasant. They have an indoor pool, family-friendly, clean rooms, good guest service, and a good breakfast to get your day started. The hotel is close to the highway for easy access to Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge. The town of Silverthorne has everything you need from food to activities.

Nothing very quality about it. The staff is not welcoming or helpful. No hotel van service.

Great home-base for active days hiking/biking
Hot tubs were genuinely (nicely) hot. Room was comfortable, had a partial view of the mountains, and window opened for fresh air (Thank you!). Breakfast was adequate and appreciated.Though there were many dogs, the property was clean and quiet. The only "ought to tell guests" is that the fan of the heating-cooling unit needs run for several minutes before the AC can be switched on - then it works well.

Wonderful hotel!!!!! Clean and nice, comfy beds, awesome suite with bunk beds for a family, and great outdoor hot tub!

No too many options for breakfast. Coffee machine in the room was in the bathroom. Cups for drinks water and coffee were inside the bathroom. That was gross.

房间很棒，温馨舒适，早餐比我住过的其他酒店都好。前台经理人非常好，乐于助人。我太太退房后还有一个会议，经理给我们提供了很多选择，包括给我们一张临时房卡继续使用房间，使用商务中心或餐厅，或者延迟退房。他考虑得非常周到。
