Unfriendly. Grilled me about my condition requiring my trained and registered Service Canine. Barely warm water for showers! Dull not cleaned floors... Certainly not the quality expected for LaQuinta!

Loved layout of family guest room with 2 king beds but bathtub was in such bad shape we didn’t even take a shower.

Manager of hotel was very helpful in resolving an issue for me. Hotel is conveniently located just off I40, but it is an older hotel so the developments immediately around it aren't very attractive.

The bathroom was dirty; there was dried urine at the base of the toilet and hair all over the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot and had to use towels to cover the floor. The check in was super long and super inconvenient! You will receive a text/email to pre check in where you input contact information, send in a picture of your ID, and input credit card information where you are charged an incidental deposit at that time. That process was a 15 min pain in the butt, but when you get to the hotel they aren’t able to find or link the pre check in you’ve already completed to your reservation so it was a total waste of time. I’m also not sure where any of my personal or credit card information went and then I was was re-charged multiple times for the $40 incidental deposit and my credit card company advised me to lock the card as protection. DO NOT PRE CHECK IN!

Room was very clean although there was a musty smell. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately i had to ask for another room due to the smell of mildew. They gave me another room woth no problem and were very quick with the changes. Once i got to the other room i could still smell mildew. Not as much as the first. Being on a time crunch i decided to stay. Other than the smell, the room was very clean. Breakfast the next morning was very good.

有点失望的是设施有点旧，有些地方有一些损坏，但是工作人员很负责，早餐也很美味。
位置就在高速公路旁边，所以很容易找到，也很方便。
