Old, dated, and run down. Front desk staff great at check-in, not so in morning for check out. Example: We checked in late evening and had pizza delivered. After we ate, I went for a short walk. Closed the door, pushed on it and it was latched. When I returned, used the card key and opened the door. Next morning, after "breakfast" when we returned to the room, I pressed on the handle BEFORE I used the key card and the door latch opened. The key card was useless. When I noted this at checkout the front desk person said that it was an old building and sometimes you have to slam the door. She totally ignored the video I had that demonstrated the problem and just said it's an old building. I would at least expect that a hotel room door should lock, even in an "older" building.

If you don’t care about cleanliness and like to pay a lot of money, this is the place for you. About the saddest most rundown hotel I’ve seen in a long time. Honestly everyone should just protest that Wyndham hasn’t put any money into maintaining this property in this beautiful mountain town. From the moment you step in the door, the place screams we don’t respect you and just want your money. And really if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, the place isn’t much better as you question if the sheets have been washed.

This Hotel is old and showing its age but it’s affordable so it’s a balance. The fifth floor room we stayed in had beautiful mountain views, but the room was not clean and was a disappointment. The mini coffee pot uin our room still had the old used coffee filter pad in it, which was disgusting in the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable and the location was excellent and convenient. Easy access to the interstate & close to the outlet stores.

If you're looking for a cheap place to crash for the night, this might work for you—but you truly get what you pay for. My experience was overwhelmingly negative, and I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me. The room was filthy—dust everywhere, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bedsheets were even worse, with blood stains that no amount of flipping could hide. On top of that, there was a leak in the bathroom toilet, which made the whole situation feel unhygienic. Breakfast was a disaster. It’s a huge hotel, so the number of guests overwhelmed the limited options. I stood in line for 45 minutes just to make a waffle for my kids. By the time I finally made it, breakfast service had officially ended. I kindly asked the attendant for two yogurts, but she refused, saying breakfast had ended 15 minutes ago. While technically true, a little customer service would have made a big difference. I was also looking forward to using the fitness center, but that was a total letdown. Both treadmills were broken, the weights were mismatched with no pairs, and everything else was worn, dirty, or completely unusable. I didn’t bother reporting these issues because it seems like this is just how they operate. I didn’t want to waste my time or have them assume I was angling for a freebie. If you value cleanliness, service, or functionality, look elsewhere. You’ve been warned!

Great staff, friendly front desk, hot water and clean room, aloud my 2 golden doodles. we got stuck in a snowstorm and the state closed interstate 70. I had not planned to stay there. But would stay there again when traveling through Silverthorne CO.

Dirty carpet, dirty elevator, the facility was outdated & stinky The shower was just a trickle. TV was a ROKU. Pool & hot tub looked bad. I can't believe Wyndham would put their name on it. I will never stay at a LaQuinta again. So disappointed in the condition of this place. Couldn't wait to leave.
