What a pleasant surprise this hotel was I travel for work. We worked well our day. So to me, it's just a place to sleep. This is the closest to the location at the best price that was out there. I've checked in late Thursday night, and Tracy was such a pleasure to be greeted by. GIve her 5 stars. I've never seen someone who genuinely was just happy and professional. And friendly the way she greeted me. She was always doing something she wasn't just sitting behind the desk on her phone every time I came in or one hour went by.She was either clean and making cookies checking the pole.Give her again five stars. The room was very pleasing to the eyes. Beds are comfortable clean, nice riding desk. Plenty of plugs to plug in all my stuff. Well, lit and a nice thermostat, you could set your own temperature instead of just blow them all the time. Plenty of parking on site. Breakfast was good.Not great, but for a hotel, it was great. Some sort of an egg, potato, and meat meat. Plus the usual stuff. I'm not sure if I'll be back in this area again.The event I was at was not great, but if I do come back I'm booking this hotel a hundred percent.In fact, I went to my next event area.Cancelled that hotel I got a Hampton.

Clean and Impeccable Service. We stayed at this property for one night. We forget our i-pad and the hotel not only called to notify us, but they also packaged it well and ensured the shipping was completed to return it back to us. The hotel was clean, and I would recommend this property.

Always a terrific stay at Hampton Inn! The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and provided some curtesy waters. Our room was spacious and spotless and the bed was fresh and cozy. The shower was hot and the bathroom was loaded with fresh towels and quality soaps. The fitness center had pleanty of options for a great workout and the pool was clean and warm as bathwater. In the morning the had a tremendous continental breakfast and the waffles were delicious!

View nice and clean Hampton Inn in Ashland. I was here for work and enjoyed my stay. Grounds and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The mini fridge in the room was nice too. Will stay here again for future work trips that I go on to Ashland.

The beds were sufficiently comfortable. The hotel was not loud. The breakfast was typical, however the server was so helpful and personable. They had sausage, eggs, bread, waffles, cereals, etc. The price was fair if you use a third party booking agent. There was plenty of parking.

Was in town for a concert and this place served us well. Comfortable bed and the soft indirect lighting above the crown molding provided just enough light to navigate by. Shower was excellent and the breakfast was well organized and had lots of choices. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Definitely a place to consider when in the area.
