Both of our rooms had a strong chemical odor that smelled like nail polish. We set up a fan at the door to air out the room. The grout in the bathrooms were dirty, and one of the rooms had a roach in the microwave. The air conditioning unit was noisy, but that might not bother some other people.
The staff people were nice though...

Affordable and comfortable.
It was a comfortable, relatively quiet - it is right by the interstate and a truck stop, so some noise should be expected - place for my partner and I to rest that saved us an extra 90 miles in travel for my partners weekend job. I’ve paid a lot more for much worse in the past at other hotels, so for the price, this was a good place. The only real issue we had was that the power went out for a few minutes, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, and it didn’t last very long. Shower was hot and had good pressure, AC was cold, and the bed was clean and provided enough support to where I didn’t wake up with a stiff back. Chances are, we’ll stay here again on the weekend to save on travel time. It was nice to be able to go to bed at a decent time and not have to be up at dawn to get my partner to work on time.

This motel was filthy, I didn’t stay & I want a refund. The manager was incredibly rude.

酒店回复: You and the guy spend more than 2 hours in the room, finishing your medium size Dominos pizza, wiping your hand with a bed sheet in such a filthy room. It will take less then 10 minutes to find out how the room is not 2 hours.I know you guys were using the tricks to get the money back still I agreed didn't argue .Later, I saw you in the parking, I came to your car in a good faith to give a ******* Contact Number. I was not disrespectful because of traffic noise I must be speaking little loud but I came to you guys trying to help so that you call right number to get your money back because first you even don't know that your reservation was through *******. But that guy suddenly started using bad words, showing middle finger, try to assault me saying he will beat me and break my teeth. I admit, you were the one who was stopping him to step out of the car or he would have beat me. Thanks for that.But I am sorry now.

The property guy was very rude. When asked about certain things that were suppose to be there he demanded we show proof and then called my husband a liar and refused us our room i have a 12 yr old son. We slept in the car bc of this place in a place infamiliar scared to death.

I did not have a problem the staff was nice and it was quiet and for the price I was fine with the room if I had to say anything bad about the place I think they need to up grade the room but besides that I felt safe

This place is nasty and I don't know why one would give them a good rating the TV wouldn't stay on cigarettes burn in the blanket in a non-smoking room
