One thing that really irritated me is my wife asked to go to the restroom at the front desk when she went down to get some breakfast , the man behind the counter said no , that the restroom was for employees only. That really got both of us mad , because when someone has to go , they have to go. I wish that guy was still there when i came down so i could have let him know how i felt about it !!!

My TV kept going off the last night i was there. On the online checkout there were two places that asked for staff tip. I stayed in a five star Caesars penthouse suite last week in New Orleans no tip was ever requested for the staff cleanup. I feel that that is management job to pay the staff.

It's your standard room, but I would not stay there again. Beds are small, bathroom needs an update, shower faucet was rusty and leaking. Kitchen area needs a update also. Floor was dirty and comforter had stains. I did not get a clean feeling with our room.

It's was affordable, with comfortable beds. Clean and Tidy.
The night shift was rude, when we arrived.
But the morning lady was very friendly. :)

what a joke of a place. Definitely OVER PRICED. but, hey, it does have a 27" flat screen tv... and the bathroom at least has a toilet...
The TV was not operating properly, I contacted the front desk. A person came up and looked at the TV and said... yep it isn't working properly, let me get maintenance to see if they can fix it. I asked if they can just replace the tv... nope, they moved me to a new room 2 hours later... and wait for it... the 27" TV was operating properly... but the room has a foul odor, bed still hard with 5 small throw pillows... DO NOT pay more than $60 for a night's stay at this place, and only if nothing else is available and you are dead tired!
