The Hotel is going through refurbishment on the ground floor which is very noisy from 8 am to 6pm.
I was not told this when I booked a room.

When we checked in to the hotel, several random men were hanging out in the parking lot, which was a little concerning. The area around the hotel is pretty overgrown, but the room itself was clean and mostly comfortable. See photo for the view out our room window

I booked a suit, but was given a standard room. We dropped our things and ran to the event we had to be at, when we got back later at night and took a good look around the room we found not just the tub & sink, but the carpet by the beds moldy. The TV had no sound, and the lamps on the nightstand as well as the trim on the mirror in the bathroom were full of rust. I had a two night stay that I checked out after the first night. They should be shut down by the board of health for being unsafe. When I told the front desk why I was checking out they couldn't even argue, the look on their face told me they agreed with how gross their rooms are.

It's under construction. Debris all over the place. Even the part rehabbed is in poor condition.
