Horrible customer service. Not friendly man at desk. Wouldn’t allow us to use a toaster and wouldn’t allow us to use another blanket. None of the lights work in the room. Bathroom light is out. Not a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again.

Very nice and quiet restful sleep.
It was very nice the location is right off the interstate but the room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel staff we very nice. And the hotel was clean. We only stayed one night while traveling home but it was a very pleasant experience. I did wake up a few times to check on my vehicle due to the location. It was fine. The staff is very nice I plan on staying again in the future.

also the restroom was not even cleaned right before using it it had stains from previous ppl on the shower
and sadly the workers were really bad they treated us disrespecful and talked to us really bad infront of all my kids underage had no respect for them .
the owners were also really disrespectul and treated woman and kids really bad

酒店回复: Hello these guest came a family of 6 people on 17 th for 2 nights .later on they brought with them another 2 family with adult children making a total of around 15 people in one room? as per policy maximum allowed is 4-5 people with small kids? the next day all these people around 12-13 people went in to pool with drinks and foods stuff which is not allowed? also in the morning they were having the breakfast as well taking to the room ,which has messed out the room scatterings the food on beds and carpets and then they complain of dirty room. Also when the front desk manager asked them to come out of pool has the other guest are waiting from quite long time, one of the lady was rude. we told them if you are not following the rules and policy of the hotel better leave. Then they request that they will go at after 6.30 pm as they want to again go in the pool which the manager agreed. Now they are complaining about the rooms being dirty which they made them selves scattering the food all around. As in good faith we didn't take incidental charges from them by a separate card which we can't charge any damage what they made.Please in future we don't require this type of guest ,booking 1 room and 15 people walking in.

Dirty! All the carpet was dirty. Elevators where dirty and not working property. Sofa in the room with a lot of stains. Shower with hair.

The Shower doesn't work properly, the handle and the shower head was loose. Has mold, limescale and, sprays water everywhere.

Customer service was excellent from us arriving late and checking in after 1:30am they did not make us wait till 3:00pm that day. The owner or Mayor Boss was very serviceable and understanding and did charge us a fee for the early am check in which is totally understandable and acceptable. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful.

Cleaning staff was very polite and excellent.
I will definitely stay agin at this location.
