Plumbing and Breakfast Issues
Check in was great and the lady at the desk was amazing. The room was not as great because the toilet would not flush. When we went to the front desk to ask for a plunger, were told by the man there that it won't help and they are aware of the problem. When we went to breakfast in the morning, I couldn't get the keurig to work, the juice was room temp, and there was a sign at the front desk saying they would be back but nobody was there the entire time we were there for breakfast.

Was fairly clean. The TV had apps - but none worked more than literally 1min. The morning cleaning staff were rude and meddled outside of door to hurry you out before check out time. There was no waffle maker or kuerig as advertised

The help on the 1st of three days waa good. The help on the other 2 was non-existent. The curry they were cooking smelled great but they werent around. Toilet in the bathroom is not bolted to the floor

We had a non smoking handicap room that had a dirty broken toilet seat. It had been smoked in(I am asthmatic) and had issues from it. There was actually mold & mildew on the ceiling. Another issue with having asthma. The room was damp to the point where our items and clothing got wet, even our meds in pill containers. The microwave had food stuck to the inside top. Breakfast, another story. I would really think that as a spokesperson for motel, you would check into it. Makes you look real bad. The ONLY GOOD, the shower was clean with great water pressure. The bed was clean (but damp) and mattress comfortable. The rug was so dirty, you couldn’t walk to the bathroom from bed without washing your feet before getting back in. Will NEVER get a room again this way. We run an AIRBNB and would NEVER put our place up for customers like this was. We get between $200. & $300. a night depending on season. It’s 11 rooms. We are Totally disgusted.

That's what I would have done. You stated breakfast was another story. I go above and beyond what the brand requires for breakfast. If you would like a nicer breakfast, then I suggest researching area hotels before traveling this way; you won't be disappointed. Congrats on owning Airbnb's. They do serve a common practice, which is housing guests; however, operate a large motel with guests from every aspect of life, and then think about your statement. We work hard here to provide a clean room, and if we don't, then speak up in person instead of on a computer. We are slated to replace all the carpet in the motel in a few weeks. We are only waiting for its delivery. Thank you for your time

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was a little hard but not so bad I couldn’t sleep on it. The lobby was the wettest little area. The decor was so cute. I could tell a lot of thought went into it. The only other complaint was there was only one towel in the bathroom and no washcloths. Still for the price I think it was a good value!

The Super 8 is very well managed and their manager has decorated the main office as if you feel like home, when you enter into their breakfast area. Good positive signs are on the wall, nice TV that keeps you updated with the weather and traffic conditions early morning while having your breakfast. The staff is very welcome and make you feel home.
