Clean facility and staff was helpful. Everything went without a hitch with no issues at all.

Highly Recommend
We were greeted by a kind staff member (do not recall his name) who answered all our questions and gave us our key. The room was large and very clean. We could not hear any noise from the road or other guest. Highly recommend.

Hotel is conveniently lactated right off the interstate and close to several restaurants. It’s also less than 10 minutes from Domtar Park!

Terrible. Dirty room. Dirty vents throughout.
It was a terrible stay. Prior to arriving I logged into the Hilton app and selected the room my family and I desired. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, we were told that room was no longer available but the gentleman told us he could get us in another one on the same floor. He then handed us a room key but wrote on it, the number of a room that was 2 floors down than the one we chose. When i asked him, he said “oh I’m sorry, you’re right… there are no rooms available on that floor now”. I said it was okay.. went upstairs only to enter into a room with a DISGUSTING floor. I mean, dead spiders, food crumbs etc. I called to the front desk and the gentlemen said he would send housekeeping up. 2 hours later, no one had come. Called a 2nd time, a woman answered and said she would put in a request for housekeeping 20 minutes later, a woman shows up… walks into the room looking around and says “so i hear the room is not up to your standards”, i pointed out all the dead spiders and other things, and she said “oh i see that, but can you give me just a second, like 20 minutes max”, i said “sure that’s fine”. Went to dinner, came back about 2.5 hours later, to still, a dirt room.. i had received a text while out asking me how the stay was going, so i decided to respond to that with all of these issues. a gentleman calls me and apologizes and offers to give me a discount on our stay.. i take it, he says he will send someone up to clean and that happened about 1.5 hours later.

Close to everything. Charged $28.13 hold. Said it would be refunded. It went on my card as a charge. That's BS! I better get a refund.

Per our check in process, we do instruct that the authorization is released on our end at check out. It is then up the guest's banking institution to receive that relay and remove the authorization as it is no longer needed. The security deposit is only a pending authorization. Banking institutions do inform us to relay to guests that this process can take a maximum of up to 3-10 business days to process. A/C noise was loud. Wear and tear is starting to show. Shower curtain rod was not allowing shower curtain to stay close to wall and prevent excessive water from getting in the floor. Not sure how good of a cleaning had been done as there was an ear bud cushion on the floor along with few other crumbs on the floor. I could see a stain on the edge of the mattress which doesn’t make things very inviting. The friendliness of staff was the best part of my stay. I’m sure based on the number of guests I saw at the hotel it’s a struggle to keep things top notch.

Beds were very comfortable. The property was clean. Breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. A few things we didn't love: we used the linen set that was bagged up in the closet to make up the couch bed and when putting pillows cases on the pillows, the pillows had a noticeable sweaty/oily/used smell, and no pillow protectors were on any of the pillows in the room. I am very sensitive to smells so maybe other people don't notice, but I can tell and it grosses me out that pillow protectors aren't used to keep things like that from penetrating past the pillowcase. Secondly, housekeeping only services the room every 3 days unless you ask sooner. We were a party of 3 and were given, I think, 4 bath towels initially. I didn't realize that they were not coming into the room at all for 3 days. At other properties they tend to come in and change out the towels at least daily, but don't vacuum and make the beds and whatnot. I felt like I would be a burden if I asked for service of the room, so instead I just asked for a couple extra towels which they gave us with no issues. We also requested 2 extra pillows because the pillows are very very soft and not supportive so you may need to bring one from home if you're used to a firm or supportive pillow. The pool only goes to 4 feet, is indoor and heated. The pool room is extremely hot and muggy, miserably so, and could use more ventilation. From the time we entered the hotel, Megan extended Superior Customer Service. She was extremely kind, helpful, informative and professional. Also the entire staff extended the same highest customer service too. The staff greeted us with a smile and kindness. Anytime we needed help with anything the entire staff was there to extend. Thank you Comfort Inn for having the best team of employees at this location. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely come back again.

I am a smoker, so I really enjoyed the nice outdoor gazebo and it has a nice view of the mountains. Room and beds were nice. Bath kind of odd with a corner sink. Also there were no cleaning/bathing products in the shower containers.
Personnel were prompt and pleasant. Breakfast was an average "hot" hotel free breakfast, good, but nothing special.
Room rate was on the high side, but reasonable for the area. I would stay there again.
