I am still at extended Stay Gurnee and I just wanted to write a revieiw 1) The manager I call her Toni because I can not say her name! Anyway I love her she is so helpful and when you give her a complaint this women is on it! She always have a smile on her face but ya know no matter how you treat someone it's never enough! She treats everyone the same no favorites (but me) LOL, She is always professional. I can go on and on but she is the best! 2} Sean the maintenance man is another one that goes over and beyond to satisfy all the reside and getting to everyone in a timely manor.But sometimes it's never enough! I would say my stay here was a bit so so. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well kept but during the duration my family was here the staff was EXTREMELY questionable. I overheard the staff yelling at each other very repugnant ways. The manager of this location was very rude and nasty towards the female staff which set me the wrong way. The overall way that the manager acted was unprofessional and has for sure deterred me from bringing my family here again. I personally will not support a business that allows managers to treat staff in such a disrespectful way

This have been one of my best stays while working on the road away from home. The service was great, and the Manenger Miss Toni, made sure to let the house keepers know I worked nights, and not to disturb me. When any package or even my meal preps came in I was notified

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Zoey the receptionist is very easy to talk to and very helpful. She makes sure fresh coffee is available and is very polite. She greats me every time I walk through.

NAH CUZ ZOEY AT EXTENDED STAY GURNEE????? 💀💀💀 bro i ain’t NEVER seen someone so OBSESSED w reviews in my LIFE 😭😭😭 like i’m talkin girl wakes up, brush her teeth, read 47 Google reviews like it’s the newspaper 💀 she be like “hmmm someone said the front desk vibes were off in March 2021… better rearrange the lobby and sage it real quick 🧍♀️✨” LIKE HUH??? girl breathe 😩 i seen her print out a 2-star review n pin it to the WALL like it was a wanted poster 😭 she be walkin around the halls like “WHO SAID THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS WEIRD. I JUST WANNA TALK 😐” and like… SHE BE PUTTIN IN WORK TOO 😤 she ain’t just readin em, she out here solving world peace one complaint at a time. towels too crusty? BAM. new linens. someone said the hallway smelled “kinda fruity”? she got febreze in her BELT like it’s a holster 😭😭😭 bro she showed me a review DURING my check-in 😭 i was tryna sign the paper n she was like “look look this guy said the lamp was crooked in 2019 but not anymore 😌” like THANKS QUEEN I GUESS??? 💅 lowkey she the manager, front desk, marketing team, FBI, and customer service hotline all in ONE. she got spreadsheets. she got screenshots. she got that Yelp app in dark mode. 10/10 experience but like lowkey i’m scared of her. if u leave a 4-star review she’ll astral project into ur living room n demand feedback 😭😭💀 ZOEY 4 PRESIDENT. EXTENDED STAY? MORE LIKE EXTENDED SLAY.

I’ve been staying here for an extended period of time and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which has made it feel more like a home than just a hotel. What I appreciate most is the convenience—everything I’ve needed has been right here, from laundry facilities to a well-equipped kitchenette. The location is safe and easy to get around from, and I’ve felt comfortable and welcomed during my entire stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, value, and great service, I highly recommend this extended stay. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!
