Older, out dated property. Also checked out early and were told we might get second night at half cost, but were charged full amount. Disappointed as a Bonvoy member to not get better service.

They don’t change the towels or clean the room in my two day stay. I wish they could clean the room every day I stay not just when I leave.

We stayed for 4 nights and they NEVER made our room. We were never able to take a descent hot shower, the water was more on the cold side. The room was noisy because of the A/C and for being closed to the elavator. The breakfast was good though!

Hotel wasn’t a great experience
The front desk was great. One of the problems we had was the key card didn’t work. I had to have front desk recode the key card several times during our stay. The other problem was the towels were dingy and I had to ask for another set of towels.

Nice but unexpected pre-authorization charges
The property was clean and comfortable. We had already been charged on our card for our room stay but they charged us $20.00/night for our two night stay when we checked in for incidentals. They said it was a pre-authorization only and would be refunded if nothing was purchased but we have never had anything like this before and we’re not happy about it.
