I never stayed at the property. The front desk clerk told me I didn't have a reservation and that the hotel was completely booked. I ended up staying at a friend's for one night cause my reservation was not accepted.

Staff has really poor communication skills. Might be a language barrier issue not really sure. Make sure you pay attention to how they use your card as mine got changed 3 extra times at front desk. Had multiple issues with them accepting payment n then questioning the card I'm using and essentially making me feel like I'm a criminal at their own front desk.

The channels suck. The tvs are older. The room kept getting hot so you had to keep the air on. The refrigerator never kept anything really cold. The breakfast is not good at all. They can do so much better. I love the pool and hot tube. I hate how the soap changed and no body wash.

Immediately upon checking in we had trouble opening our door. The key card was unlocking the door mechanism, however the door was sticking. We had to have the front desk lady help us open our door numerous times. Eventually after unlocking the door several times it would finally open. We were only staying for one night but it was incredibly frustrating having to deal with. At one point the front desk lady asks if we'd like to switch rooms. We say if we could, that'd be great.
