Room was not clean when we arrived at 10 PM. No other rooms available even though parking lot was only half full. Took sheets to cover the dirty ones and 'make up' the beds ourselves. HVAC filters were covered in dust. Shower curtain's bottom 8 inches was pink/red with mold. Seemed to be people with small children living there - and not quite outside during normal sleep hours. No breakfast to speak of (clerk mentioned the limited availability 'If there's any left').

Room was incredibly dirty. Dirty and stained sheets and towels. Bedspread had cigarette burns. Looks like families were living there. Broken down cars in parking lot. Did not appear to be a safe area. Most disgusting stay ever.

This was one of the worst places I've ever attempted to stay at!! The stinch was horrible! Room was dirty and they had ROACHES!! I went to the feont desk to checkout and said "I'm out of here, that it was infested with roaches", lady said "sorry".. thats all I got. Now I'm fighting for a refund!!

Over the years we have stayed here and never had a major issues until this time and we will never stay again. We have always known it was an older place and for the price was never that bad and did what we needed for one night but no more. Checking in was easy other than being told that we couldnt get a second key because they were out. The parking lot was basically empty but you dont have extra keys? Then we decide to get the beds ready for when we are ready and was absolutely disgusted. The sheets had NOT been changed. Whoever had been in those beds before we DIRTY. There was dirt and hair god knows what else all in both beds. When we went to front desk they asked if everything was dirty or just the sheets and then proceeded to just give us a new set of sheets for each bed. One of the pillows was moldy. If it wasn’t so late and we had another option we would have left. (Yes I know we always have the option to leave but at this point we were just ready to sleep-or attempt to) Thankfully I bring my own pillow. The shower had not been cleaned either with hair sticking on the side of the tub. We will never stay here again. I have a video and picture and nothing was offered to rectify other than changing our own sheets

Staff was excellent, the floor in the room hadn’t been mopped and there were a couple of holes in the comforters, but overall a decent room for the price. The room doesn’t have a coffee maker or hair dryer but that didn’t really bother me all that much.

Not the worst place but subpar. I stay in budget motels dozens of times a year, many in this region. So no illusions about what to expect at this price range. But there are far better choices in the area for less money.
PROS -- Decent-sized rooms. Solid TV and channel selection. Not too noisy.
CONS --
-Not very clean. I'm a single guy with not real high standards, but a half-eaten chicken still in the fridge from a previous guest? Dirty floors are typical in this price range but this was worse than most. Chipped paint and chunks out of walls in and out of the room. Cigarette butts all over the property. Scraggly bordering on scuzzy.
-Missing some basics. No coffee maker in room, which is not rare, but no plastic cups or ice bucket either. "Breakfast" is predictably not much.
In general, the property is not well kept up. I won't be back. Not sure I'm allowed to put this in a review but I mentioned there are much better options. Two jump right to mind: the Super 8 on Roan St in Johnson City, 20 minutes south, is so much cleaner, friendlier and just a much more pleasant place to stay. If that's too far off I-81, then just up the road in Bristol is the Arcadia Inn. Again much cleaner, well-provisioned and happier. Neither are perfect but believe me, they are much better choices. Both are almost always cheaper too.
So this place is OK for a tired traveler with low expectations. But a little ways away are much better options

我们晚上10:30左右入住，进门不到5分钟就发现洗手池里和周围有蟑螂，床单上有一些白色的污垢或污渍，房间里弥漫着霉味袜子和汗湿健身房的味道。我们从费城开了10多个小时的车，不得不匆匆忙忙地赶到。
毛巾没有更换,床单枕头套有污垢,地下有尿味,我哋不敢冲凉一齐着便装摊喺床上挨过恐怕的一夜
不推荐汽车旅馆，便宜65美元一晚全包。物超所值，家具还可以，就是不是特别干净，床单有污渍，床垫做完了甚至粉碎。淋浴时天花板被砸碎了。毛巾是有污渍。看起来他没有使用漂白剂和地毯毛巾。地板很脏，尤其是在走廊里，他应该用陶瓷代替混凝土，这样清洁效果更好。至少没有废话。
