This hotel is beautiful and the stay is so nice! The staff are down to Earth and funny! Very friendly and welcoming! Cozy room, clean, and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Super close to Marta which made travel to and from the airport a breeze. Easily walkable to sites in downtown Atlanta, however the immediate area around the hotel was quite desolate in the mornings and evenings (likely a lot of office buildings).

Nice place downtown
Right in downtown close to food and many attractions. Hotel staff was courteous and rooms were comfortable.

住宿体验糟糕透了。我住的房间里，浴室的洗手池堵塞，排水很慢。马桶漏水，水都流到地板上了。我的电视也坏了，维修人员说他也没办法修，只能换新的。而且停车场离房间很远，最后只能用代客泊车，每晚要50美元。我遇到这么多问题，一点折扣都没拿到。

我们在埃利斯酒店度过了美好的时光。地理位置和房间都很棒。我们订的是特大床套房，多花的钱绝对物有所值。前台的Stacey非常友善，乐于助人。她让我们的30周年纪念日难以忘怀。我们一定会再次入住这里。
员工真的很棒！热情好客，乐于助人。唯一的缺点是房间里没有微波炉，楼下只有一个。除此之外，10/10，现在就预订吧。
