Rooms are disgusting, they chande me the room 3 times and I ended up leaving without touching anything and they still respond me about my requests for a full refund. Smelly rooms, birds 💩, french fries in the floor and last but not least, there was somebody inside the last room they assigned me. Staff is not friendly, they dont even let you get inside the front desk to do the check in.

The room was ok but the bathroom was dirty and the curtain rail was falling off so the floor would get soaked. You interact through a glass window like you’re at a corner store. It was basic if that’s what you’re looking for

Honest Customer
The room was surface level clean. But the shower definitely needed attention. The telephone was even connected to the wall. Their was burn marks all along the tub. There was build up around the shower head. At least the water was warm. Terrible customer service from the staff. Also if u have to speak to your customers through a bullet proof window. It’s definitely not a safe area.

There is no free breakfast, got to room on 2nd floor, steps only. No air was on, stifling heat, took hours to cool down. No outlets in bathroom worked. Coffee maker in room didn't work. No breakfast and no coffee in lobby.

房间简直脏得令人作呕。一股浓烈的烟味,混杂着灰尘和潮湿的气味。地板上到处都是污渍和烟头烫出的痕迹。味道刺鼻难闻,让人完全无法放松。我打算让前台接待员明天一早过来问问他,他自己会不会睡在这种地方。
远离,否则就会生病!
我一生中从未经历过如此疯狂的事情!这真是太荒唐恶心了,不幸的是我们已经预订了两晚。
我们到得很晚,得到的房间里地毯潮湿,可疑的液体从墙上流下来,床和地板上到处都是灰烬,床上用品因烟雾而有洞。我确信它与上一位客人相比没有改变!
我们要了一个新的,过了一会儿我们就得到了……它几乎一样脏,地板上有巨大的污渍,浴室里有氨水的臭味。由于我们到得很晚,我们讨论了早上退房,但最终我们都躺在床上呕吐了一整天,我们强烈怀疑这是因为房间的原因!

接待处的那个人很清楚这非常尴尬,他也道歉了,但你可以看出他已经放弃了......
