The hotel was clean and smelled of freshness upon entering the hotel. My room was also very clean and the bed made nice and tight. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I think there was a memory foam pad as well. The only takeaway was the TV. It wasn’t a a smart tv. The remote was basic as well. You couldn’t pull up a menu to scroll through selections. Only the up and down, volume and on/off controls. Bummer. I brought along my iPad so it worked out. Overall a nice stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, hotel rooms need updating.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but the heating/cooling element was so loud in our room that it was hard to sleep, and it wasn’t working properly where at 66 degrees it still wasn’t cooling the room down

From the start great checkin , free breakfast not fancy but good options . Room comfort great shower loved vendor machines . Very quite pool is also a plus

这家酒店唯一的优点就是地理位置，因为它离六旗乐园非常近。
房间打扫得不干净。浴室门关不上，水槽也堵了。我们不会再住这里了。
酒店外观看起来非常破旧——酒店招牌上的一个灯都坏了。我在前台等了十分钟办理入住，却一个人影都没看到。整个酒店给人的感觉就是破败不堪——到处都是水渍（泳池边的），客人拿着酒瓶在大堂里走来走去。空调每次启动都会发出砰砰的响声。
楼下房间的浴室排气扇噪音很大，周六晚上似乎一直都在响。淋浴漏水，水都流到地板上了。周末的早餐还可以，但工作日的早餐就比较少了。我最不满的是，酒店预估的费用是485.35美元，结果我被收了585.35美元。我本来想在退房时提出异议，但工作人员说打印机坏了，没法给我打印收据。所以，我在回德州的路上才收到电子邮件收据。现在想想，这事儿挺蹊跷的。我们经常去格尼，但如果拉昆塔酒店一直这样运营，我不知道以后还会不会再住了。
接待员很礼貌友好，说话时会看着你。她动作麻利，效率很高。房间也很干净。唯一的缺点是能听到走廊里人们的谈话声、关门声以及楼上脚步声。
我们下午三点多去办理入住时，据说没有空房了……电视遥控器坏了，换了一个也用不了。墙上的霉菌都脱落了。水压很低。
热水浴缸是冷的，早餐只有偶尔才有肉。10:10问房间服务能不能打扫，被告知必须在10点前打扫。儿童泳池说有人在里面出了意外，会放水，但5天多都没放。
