Just a disappointing stay, everything felt unclean and the whole building smelled like smoke. Thankfully, my room didn’t smell bad but it was so outdated and gross. I definitely won’t be returning, spend a little extra money for a better experience elsewhere.

Clean room, comfortable temperature, really good bed. Could have used more towels. Acrylic tubs need the right solution to clean otherwise they look dirty.

I'll start by saying this was my go to hotel when I was in the area. Stayed at least twice a year for years. Haven't been there for about six years, and was very disappointed this time. Will not stay there again. I was in room 311. The first issue was there was no soap in the room. Luckily I had my own. Second and more important, there was absolutely no hot water in the shower. NONE. I told the manager and he told me to let it run. I did for at least five minutes, still no hot water. I told him that when I turned the water on and rotated to the hot position the water turned off. I was told I was doing it wrong. I'm sorry, but I do know how to work a shower. The manager refused to believe me. I didnt ask for a refund, but I should have asked for a discount. My fault for not.

The room that was first given to us was not clean. Trash in the room, bed was rumbled, used soap still on the side of sink. The front office worker wasn’t at the desk. I had to call out, hello a few times before she finally came down the hallway. She was more concerned about the time I had to wait on her than the dirty room.

Very unfriendly staff. I had called in August to verify there was a shuttle to the airport. Man at the desk said it was discontinued four months ago. We had to drive to the airport and extend our car rental. The area where you can buy snack was completely barren. The coffee bar in the lobby was not in use. Only three cars in the parking lot. Never again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was about average for these kinds of hotels. More breakfast choices would have been nice, there is room for improvement there. But the stay was good enough based on what we paid.

Room had holes in the furniture. Housekeeping let themselves into our room with no knock or call out. We even had the do not disturb card on the door. Denied doing so to the desk person. Gave one tiny tube of shampoo, 1 tiny bar of soap. Pretty disappointing overall experience for a Wyndham property who charged $146.99 for 1 night. Hotel is not in great shape and breakfast was only available til 9 am on a SUNDAY!

I was really disappointed with the lack of yogurt , oatmeal or any fresh fruit. I usually like La Quinta but this one was a big disappointment!!
