非常新的一家酒店,干净卫生,环境优美,服务也很好!
总的来说还行。早餐时工作人员很友善也很乐于助人。房间不是每天都打扫,如果毛巾没了或者沐浴露用完了需要自己主动去要。泳池区域可以装修得更好看些。我觉得酒店里温度太低了,早餐厅里一定要穿长裤和毛衣。房间很宽敞,但可以再亮一点,或者把窗外的树修剪一下。
酒店超级棒,还有阳台,只不过这里比较深山老林,但是酒店用餐也是很不错的选择,服务员超级帅,情人节套餐也不错

员工非常友好,尤其是酒吧的 Ava。她知识渊博、友好且非常高效。所有员工都非常友好,包括客房服务人员。
客房内的电视效果不佳,电线和盒子挂在电视后面。电视音量很低,客房内洗漱用品、咖啡和茶都充足,床、床单和枕头也非常舒适。酒吧食物很好,自助早餐也很好。选择不错。
我到达时天已经黑了,大约是晚上 6:30,前门无人看管,灯光昏暗,相邻的建筑物也很暗,似乎无人居住。没有代客泊车服务,停车场和侧门离前门很远。从停车场到设施的侧门没有锁,不需要房间钥匙,所以我一个人进去感觉不安全。我开车去了另一个地方的一家餐馆,等比我晚两个小时的旅伴。当我们进入乍一看还不错的房间时,我们发现房间里的小软垫沙发在几处明显有污渍,所以我们根本不想使用它。离开的那天早上,我们在前台询问是否有地方喝咖啡。工作人员非常友好,指给我们一个无人看管的小咖啡站,没有脱咖啡因的咖啡。他们没有提到酒店内是否有餐厅或用餐区,是否提供任何早餐食品,所以我们认为没有。我们很难找到停车场的出口,因为那里没有标志,而且离前台很远。白天的场地很漂亮,但建筑太大太杂乱了。出于上述所有原因,我不会再预订那里了。

酒店和设施都很吸引人。有 3 个问题:
1) 餐厅的标牌标明了营业时间,建议在厨房关闭时前往酒吧获取服务。但厨房关闭时酒吧不提供食物,因此建议毫无意义。
2) 星期六早上,我报告浴室的插座坏了。周六晚上和周日退房时,酒店什么都没做,也没有给我留言。
3) 落地灯坏了(我本来想用它看书),退房时报告了此事。
4) 晚上 9:30 办理入住手续的工作人员指示我将车停在大楼后面,并指出门在营业时间后锁上了。很奇怪,办理入住手续的车道对面就有更近的停车位。天很黑,我是一个 74 岁的女人。她为什么不考虑更近的可用停车位——不管我多大年纪。
我对希尔顿酒店有更高的期望。
