We had a non smoking room but when we turned the air on it smelled like skunk ****. We had to spray lysol around to get smell down.

I'm sorry but when I woke up there roaches throughout the room I was able to kill 2 but this was horrible experience.

The employees were very good. The room had an old smell to it. The king suites were booked over top of our booking so we were downgraded to double beds. The breakfast was lacking and there was no waffle iron. Nothing hot on the breakfast.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean and overall facility was kept up. Breakfast was light with prepackaged foods/cereals but good to start the day.

My room was dated. Patch work on the ceiling, white duck tape in bathtub, small TV high-up on portable closet, I could hardly see it from bed. and there was a long black hair hanging on hair dryer. and lastly, Hotel had a bad odor.

我对这家酒店唯一的抱怨是洗澡水不够热,我洗了两次澡都是这样。还有早餐,大堂的冰箱不太好用,橙汁是酸的,牛奶也不是很凉,所以喝着不放心,不知道是不是变质了。他们肯定知道冰箱有问题,因为它就是不制冷。只住了一晚,下次大概不会再来了。
我们去年住过这家酒店,作为年度旅行中途休息一晚的地方。当时有几个小问题,其中一个酒店管理层也无能为力——有人在走廊抽烟,但总的来说,它是一个便宜但尚可的过夜之处。今年我们决定再试一次。但我不确定我们是否还会再来了。
我们办理了入住,我妻子带着我们的小狗上楼,我则去车里拿行李。等我回来时,她已经下来了,说房卡打不开门。前台的人说他会两张卡都试试,如果都打不开就给我们换个房间。试了一两次后,他成功打开了门。他说可能是人们把卡插在槽里太久了,诀窍是快速插进去再拔出来。我提到门锁偶尔会闪红灯,而且不仅仅是拔出房卡后立刻闪(电池电量低?),但他对此没有多说什么。
我们把行李放进房间,然后又去拿剩下的东西。结果再上去的时候又打不开了。现在行李都被困在房间里了。我们下楼告诉前台小哥我们还是有问题。他又上楼,试了几次后又打开了。我们想换个房间,但他却说既然他能打开,我们要么继续住,要么取消预订去别的地方,因为换房间太麻烦了,我们可以直接让他帮我们开门。
当时已经过了晚上九点,我妻子已经很累了(她一直在开车),我头也疼得厉害。再去找另一家接受宠物的酒店会耗费更多时间和精力,所以我们基本上就被困在房间里,每次只能一个人出去,因为我不相信他能一直那么“巧”地把门打开。
我向一位前台工作人员提了这件事,她(当我问起时)说她是经理,会处理的。但这真是一个不可接受的情况,本来换个房间就能轻易解决。在寒冷的十二月夜晚,那个时候也没什么客人。
他们人超级好,很贴心也很尊重客人,而且这里特别干净。
