This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time, my experience was great. The second time not so good. The toilet did not want to flush. The tub looks like it was never clean, the shower head was stuck and couldn’t move to adjust it. The AC did not work properly.

Beware of hidden charges
I reserved a single King Size. I was given a double bed room. The worst part was finding out upon my arrival, that I was going to be charged a $100 deposit that will be refunded at checkout. Well i knew there would be no damage, so unhappy about it, I conceeded. I was then given a blank piece of paper to sign for the deposit. REALLY??? At checkout, I was told it will be 3 to 5 days before I got my deposit back. Totally unacceptable. Do not stay here.if you have more than one vehicle, you will be charged for a second parking spot.

酒店非常老旧。酒店客满,我是“幸运”儿之一,分到的房间马桶不停地流水,水箱也一直不蓄水。别无选择,只能将就,但对此还是非常恼火。在我后面退房的那位先生遇到了门锁问题,所以我想如果非要二选一的话,我宁愿选择一个有问题的马桶。
这家酒店很不错,干净舒适,地理位置优越。如果再到沃思湖工作,我还会选择住在这里。员工也很友好。
工作人员对早餐时间不太了解。工作日早餐供应到早上9点。如果你9点之前到,所有东西都已经被拿走了,而且你会被狠狠地瞪一眼。餐饮小姐三天来也总是脾气暴躁,不停地检查你吃了多少,怎么吃的。她对自己的工作完全没兴趣。
脾气暴躁的接待员
我入住和离开时都和接待员相处得很糟糕。尽管我知道入住时间是下午 2:00,但我还是为了礼貌起见,在下午 12:45 就到了酒店。
我们离开那天,早上 9:00 就有清洁人员来敲我们的房间,询问我们是否要离开。
退房时间是上午 11:00。
我离开的时候,已经有几个人在打扫房间了。
