Staff was fantastic but the room was horrible! Since it’s booked through a 3rd party the rooms given are worse which was confirmed by staff. The room smelled horrible and we were so tempted to sleep in the car if we didnt have a long drive the next day.

The room was in good condition. We stayed there due to out flight out of Miami being cancelled due to the government shutdown and we were rescheduled on a flight out of Palm Beach the following day.

The floor was disgusting. There was mold on top of the ceiling in the bathroom. They painted the bathtub to make it look clean the caulking around the toilet was brown. The bed itself was stained, and there was a broken crack pipe behind our bed.
