Had a sign on the desk when I got there stating please wait be back in 5 minutes…. 35 minutes later I finally called the office and someone magically appeared out of a side room …. Water never really got hot in the shower even cranked all the way up….. don’t know if I’ll stay here again

I didn't have breakfast, rooms were clean had had repairs done that was noticeable but okay, wasn't given the opportunity to use my husband's military discount, was told once your card been charged they couldn't change it, I explained to her that online did not give me the opportunity to apply in. It was as if I had said nothing.

The room quality is just not there. The shower head was terrible, water pressure was sad, from the bed to the towels low quality.

If I could give Zero stars then I would. After divining for 17 hours with our 5 kids we couldn’t wait to get in to our room to shower and sleep. We had two conjoining rooms and they were both so dirty. The bathtub had all kinds it types of hairs in it, urine on the floor and walk, other liquids running down the walls. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands. We only stayed for about 20 minutes after bringing our things in. Thankfully we were in town for a wedding and others had an Airbnb that let us crash with them. I called the next day to tell them that we left and why and was told there was nothing they could do. So we still had to pay for the two nights there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

AC very old and very loudly, i stayed 4 nights 3 nights i couldn't sleep well because of the loudly AC sound and even not cold air, and i ask to fix it 2 times but it's old very old
mosquitoes, i don't know how they can't just try to fight the mosquitoes, i killed around 7 and i don't know from where it's coming
the pillows, they keep very small size pillows, look like cushion

I had filed a complaint with customer service because management was horrible. First of all I had an air-conditioning issue in my room, the phone had the line cut, and the floors were filthy. When I spoke to the night staff, she was great. She was limited what she could do, but she would document it what she did. The following morning I spoke to the staff who stated he was a supervisor named Danny Patel, who was horrible he was rude and inconsiderate and just blatantly poor in customer service. He stated he was mad at me for complaining and I’m thinking really? I’m the consumer with the issues and you’re upset with me? I ended up filing a formal complaint with the corporation. I don’t recommend this location at all. It’s not worth it.
