AC very old and very loudly, i stayed 4 nights 3 nights i couldn't sleep well because of the loudly AC sound and even not cold air, and i ask to fix it 2 times but it's old very old
mosquitoes, i don't know how they can't just try to fight the mosquitoes, i killed around 7 and i don't know from where it's coming
the pillows, they keep very small size pillows, look like cushion

I had filed a complaint with customer service because management was horrible. First of all I had an air-conditioning issue in my room, the phone had the line cut, and the floors were filthy. When I spoke to the night staff, she was great. She was limited what she could do, but she would document it what she did. The following morning I spoke to the staff who stated he was a supervisor named Danny Patel, who was horrible he was rude and inconsiderate and just blatantly poor in customer service. He stated he was mad at me for complaining and I’m thinking really? I’m the consumer with the issues and you’re upset with me? I ended up filing a formal complaint with the corporation. I don’t recommend this location at all. It’s not worth it.

Upon check-in, the room's bedding exhibited visible stains, potentially indicative of blood or fecal matter, and the sheets emitted an unpleasant odor reminiscent of stagnant water. Despite attempts to secure alternative accommodations, availability was limited. The restroom contained used, unflushed paper, and the floors remained unkempt throughout our stay, with trash receptacles unattended. Breakfast options were limited to waffles and bagels, lacking essential components such as milk for cereal. We will not be returning due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

I arrived early and the staff jumped right in and got the room cleaned in about 30 minutes. It was very clean and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the great staff on making this trip a great experience.

Nice stay
Everything was clean. It was a little noisy because of highway noise and the people upstairs. Didn’t interrupt sleep though. A/C worked great but did rattle a little. Continental breakfast was nice. Recommend the waffles. Coffee was good. Overall great one night stay.
