it's a good , solid extended stay hotel kitchenette. Clean... No bugs. Clean sheets .nice and very friendly staff. We love the staff!

The property looked clean. Yet had a strong odor like if the carpet was damped, A humid smell mixed with cleaning supply. So potent when i returned home my backpack and clothes smelled like it. The pool water looked brown. I didnt even bothered getting into it. I dont know if the gyy was a local but told me and niece to jot get in it at night. Because its more disgusting.and the jacuzzi didn't work.i checked in and waited maybe more than 5 minutes to check in because someone had fallen badly while i was walking in and turned out it was the receptionist.she had great customer service. I felt really bad for her because she was in a lot of pain. I went to take a nap. When i got out of the hotel there were some men who were BBQn in front of the hotel by the entrance door to the pool.while 1 was drinking.Not sure if that's allowed in Texas. When i returned back to the hotel. My key didn't want to open the door. I went down and it took around 8-10 minutes in order to get help. I said hello and knocked on the side door.my niece went again to the side door and finally the guy came out. The rooms are nice and comfy.

Honestly the only thing we liked was that the staff was nice. Upon arriving there was a small german roach in the sink then another one in the room floor. In the middle of the night when going to the restroom and turning on the light there were german roaches all over the floor - didnt feel like asking for another room since my children were asleep and it was too late at night and we only had a few hours until check out. There was no tv remote in the room, no toothpaste and for breakfast there was only a couple of granola bars no coffee available either.

The Checking in lady was helpful and nice but after that everyone else was unfriendly. They Always had an angry face whenever u asked for something. Hotel smelled bad. Felt very humid that bed sheets were moist. Employee said it was normal. Wouldn't get cleaning services until we stayed a week. Pool was dirty.

Nastiest hotel a I have ever been
Dirtiest hotel I have ever been. Nasty sheets, bathroom with dust, food in the sink, a plate with food in the microwave. The front desk guy, gave us another room, but definitely I am never coming back.
