No heat in my first room. Second room upgraded to jacuzzi tub. Yes Jacuzzi tub was patched with white duct tape head insects, crawling up the walls.

Roaches were bad switch rooms and all still same problem one side the hotel to the opposite side still roaches in the room

It was Roach infested they where climbing on the walls my daughter was killing them .They where in the bathroom on the floor behind the doors dead housekeeping is not cleaning well

We left almost immediately and and went to the Country Inn and Suites. The room had a horrible musty smell and both beds had a sag in them. The bathroom light did not work and there was a dead fly laying on the AC unit.

Roach crawled across floor and can’t get coffee until 6:30, hair dryer didn’t work

Overall love the work ethic and customer service
First room smelled like smoke but the receptionist male helped us get in a room that was better. Ac problem in second room. He came up and fixed it. Left two hats and they were eager to find it. They even shipped it just had to pay.
