Room was clean. Only thing was we were on 2nd floor the next morning elevator was not working. We were in a handicap room for my husband that sometimes has to use wheelchair and we had to use the stairs. Luckily he was able to walk slowly down the stairs. When i went down and asked about the elevator and told the lady working i didn't know if he could make it down she just looked at me never offered to help. He had doctor's appointment in Houston at 6:30 so waiting until later was out of question.

The room was clean it was kinda outdated and the floor boards where coming up bunch of noisy meh running in and out of the hotel nothing was done about it staff member and guess arguing in the lobby

Room was dirty smelled like cat where there, animal hair everywhere, when we got to the room door was wide open notify the receptionist she checked it and when finally we settled in, I had to check out immediately due to allergy reaction since I'm allergic to cats. Management said they give me a refund since they didn't have any rooms, but here i am 6 days later and no refund.
