First, they charged me a deposit that there wasn’t any notification posted anywhere including online. When mentioned, front desk clerk stated she will mention to manager. Front desk clerk said that the deposit will be refunded after check out. I’ve been go e for a week and the deposit still not returned. This place is trashy. They give you a room (with hot-tub) that’s dirty. The hot tub is broken but wasn’t cleaned out. Disgusting. There looks like to be toilet paper over smoke alarm, for some reason. Never cleaned. Trash has set in the room for over a week and wasn’t cleaned when they came in to give “fresh towels”. Bed not properly made. They have been in the room at least twice in the week. Staff cannot clean properly. A/C doesn’t work properly.

I booked two rooms for some company that came into town. Both were scared to stay in the rooms assigned to them. They asked to be moved and were told no. The rooms were dirty and smelled terrible.

This was booked for me. Had I read the reviews I would have refused to stay. Room was not clean, sheets were old and thin, floor was dirty, bathroom was outdated and had cigarette burns on the counter top. Tub grout was nasty.

We got the room on-line, they cahrged us an extra $50 . We checked out at 10:25. Claimed we checked out after 11. Because I told them we found tons of trash under the sink. The room was not very clean and the pictures didnnot match the room
They literally stole $50 bucks from us. When we called and told them to return the money, they said "we do not do refunds" . They literally stole from us and there is nothing we can do . Do not stay there ever!!
