The room was okay. We had to wait for the desk clerk to return to office to check in, apparently, she was doubling as a housekeeper. The breakfast was a joke, only coffee, orange juice, and some mystery dry cereal. Most guests were workers that were noisy and drove big trucks.

My husband and I stopped at this location while we were on the way from Sarasota to Galveston. My husband had an uneasy feeling the whole time we were there so decided to stay away while I rested. Around 2/230 am my husband said there was a group of boys that pulled up next to my car and started pulling on the handles trying to see if a door was unlocked. We immediately left after seeing this and decided staying at a rest stop and sleeping in the car was safer than staying at this location. Also the air conditioning unit cover fell off the wall after we tried to just turn the AC down.

Filthy, ran down hotel. No manager available. Bed hard as plywood. Feet turned black from walking from bet to shower. Hairdryer didn't work. Towel appeared used - not clean. No wash clothes. Broken shelf & remote. Way overpriced!

When we arrived, I found hairs in our beds that didn't belong to us and holes that looked like cigarette burns in our blankets. The floor felt dirty to bare feet, and the window A/C unit looked moldy inside. Our door chain was broken, and although being advertised as having breakfast, there was none.

Stay at the Super 8 in Marianna instead . Much nicer . Very trashy , no breakfast of any kind , the staff was rude , etc, Especially the woman at the front desk when I left the morning of 5/7/24 .What a piece of work .

Very kind and helpful. The building grounds are kept up and clean. It's not like some places where you see things you wished you hadn't. It's a nice place. We had our dog's with us and there's a place for them specifically. Also the front desk attendant is super sweet.

We arrived late and had a two night reservation. They gave us a room on the second floor despite the parking lot being almost empty. Tried to take a shower before going to sleep. No hot water. To tired to argue. The room smelled and the door let in light all around...hence it let in sound from the highway. The next morning, I told them that we didn't want to stay. The manager refused to talk to me. I talked to booking dot com. The manager refused to talk to them, either. He charged me for the second night. I can't imagine worse customer service.

The listing for this hotel said it offered light breakfast and coffee maker in room. Neither was true. No coffee to be had anywhere on the premises. The sheets were clean, I believe, but stained by something like an ink spill at some time in the past. The biggest problem, however was a motion detector light switch that turned on the light over the sink and mirror which was visible from the bed. Four times during the night, the light came on when I turned over in bed and I had to get up and turn it off. The room also had no alarm clock, no water cups in the room, and the vent fan in the bathroom was nonfunctioning and hanging from the ceiling.

No smoke detector in the room just wires in a hole in the wall where the smoke detector should have been,room smelled like wet dog, no breakfast , not even coffee . chrome lamps had rust all over them and that is just a short list
