Sheets blankets were FILTHY staff changed it all out for me. Room was supposed to be non smoking room. You can smell the smoke!! No shampoo no soap ripped tattered threadbare towels no Tissues room did not have iron …. Floors furniture not clean ….. bathtub gross.

在我整个住宿期间,我的洗手液罐、沐浴露和洗发水都是空的。我告诉了接待处,但他们从未补充。整个住宿期间房间都没有打扫,床也没有重新铺好。免费的欧陆式早餐简直是笑话。我再也不会住在任何红屋顶酒店了。
请勿预订罗切斯特机场红屋顶酒店。
由于网络问题,无法办理入住。大堂里的警察正在盘问人员。另一位顾客在退房前展示了浴室和马桶里有霉菌的照片,马桶没有固定在地板上。由于服务质量差(前台工作人员宣布入住电脑坏了,然后就离开了前台,没有给出退款预估),以及担心酒店住宿体验不佳,我提前退房了。
这家酒店简直就是个垃圾场……员工态度粗暴……房间非常糟糕,浴室的地板和墙壁上都有“可疑”的东西……太恶心了……
地板似乎没有清扫过;毛巾挂得很乱,让人怀疑它们是否是新的;床上用品和毯子上都有污渍/很脏,让人怀疑它们是否是新的;冰箱里的食物很容易溢出。
