This was a nice place to stay. It would have been helpful to know that our check in time was running late due to a staffing shortage. I was traveling with my elderly mother and it wasn’t easy to wait and just go somewhere to kill time until our room was ready. Also, having a late check in time didn’t reduce the cost of the room.

The room was ok. Best part was the gas fireplace. We weretold no room service unless we asked. We were on the second floor and no elevator. I didn't even think about it they may have listed it. Friendly enough.

Was thankful to the service desk hostess to be able to change our room from upstairs to a downstairs near the door because my mom is 97 y/o and would be difficult to climb the stairs. The room was clean. I prefer a firmer bed, however that is just a preference. My mom was pleased with the softer bed. The morning complimentary breakfast was great, only wish you would have had a half and half or a creamer without sweetener! Otherwise we were pleased with our stay, thank you!

糟糕的住宿体验
房间在二楼，没有电梯。没有电梯意味着要拖着四个大行李箱爬一段陡峭的楼梯。虽然是“无烟”房间，但房间里却弥漫着一股烟味。打开空调，一整晚都弥漫着难闻的烟味。淋浴间里有霉菌。一张床很硬，另一张床有弹性，但表面不够柔软。
