The staff were great at this property. The problem is that this hotel is being used like an apartment building and is filled with people living there. The common areas are dirty and smell like cigarettes and vape. The rooms are run down and are uncomfortable. My room was clean, that is what earned the 2stars. Overall, this is a property to avoid unless you’re looking for long term, temporary housing.

Overall it was pretty good, we didn’t have a shower curtain in the bathroom and no extra blankets for the pullout.

I love this property from the front desk staff to the housekeepers they are all fantastic they go out there way to help you with all your things rooms are clean and in good shape the property is also maintained well it’s close to everything you would want to eat and is also right next to the Marta station very convenient great place to stay at would recommend anyone to this property….

First room I was assigned hadn’t been cleaned and needed renovation. The second room I was assigned (119) had a huge urine puddle with a wet hand towel soaked in it. The whole room reeked of urine. Was told I could either take that room or get a refund. I had no place else to go so I stayed and cleaned it myself. One of the most disgusting experiences of my life

Bugs
They didnt have the room I reserved. They made me pay extra for a room I didnt reserve. There were bugs in the bed. I was there for 10 minutes before I left.
