Good news: we were on the back side of hotel, quiet room; Bad news: promised pool was not there; price was high ($180/nite); far from city center; only hotel that we ever saw that said they had breakfast that actually gave a paper bag with a bottle of water, a small energy bar, and a microwaveable Jimmy Dean patty/sandwich thing (nothing healthy);

There’s no quality at the Quality Inn. Firstly, there’s no disabled access, with several steps to navigate before you can even enter the hotel. Very difficult also to lug heavy cases up the steps. We weren’t given a particularly warm welcome on arrival and the man behind the desk barked a few orders for payment and then muttered a room number. When we were walking to our room there was a very unpleasant smell and there were lots of people just hanging about in the hallway. I personally didn’t feel very safe walking to our room. Our room was next to the ice dispenser which seemed to be a local gathering point for other guests to hang out, not to mention the constant dispensing of ice cubes = no sleep! The room was dark and dingy and in desperate need of a makeover/uograde. Rather bizarrely when you’ve used the toilet in the bathroom, you have to come out into the bedroom to wash your hands! Not very hygenic really! The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows very poor quality. They were full of lumps and bumps and looked more like cushions! I wouldn’t recommend this place and would avoid at all costs!

I really enjoyed this hotel, it's a very spacious laid out hotel. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. Check-in was fast and the employees here are very kind and courteous. Although they don't offer breakfast in the morning, they give you a bag which has water, and an egg and cheese sandwich, and a granola bar, which is decent. This hotel is very affordable, it's really a nice place for the money. Highly recommend.

I needed rooms for one night to sleep 5 guys. Over the phone I booked two rooms with two double beds in each and a roll out bed in one room. When we got to the hotel to check in, the guy at the desk said they don't have any roll out beds and was pretty nasty about it. They offered me a $10 credit towards a third room. Never even got an apology or "we're sorry for the in inconvenience."! Ended up driving home that night. Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant experience.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. There are steps in the entry that are very hard to lug large suitcases up. There’s coffee in the morning, but breakfast is just a grab and go bag you have to ask for and that was a disappointment. It was the only place we stayed on our 10 day trip that didn’t have a regular breakfast of some sort. It’s kind of dated. It’s ok for a night.

Run down, musty, door key card needs multiple inserts to work; toilet needs 3 flushes to remove waste, laundry requires downloading app (try to get miss-billing corrected on that, never mind what it puts on your phone), 2 inches of brown water in pool, restaurant/bar closed, no wifi, breakfast in bag at front desk (no juice), smelly fitness center has no weights or weight machine, gutters falling down; pavement broken up, very sad

Unfortunately, this hotel has seen better days. It used to be the place in the area to have receptions, conferences, and overnight stays. It has deteriorated with no obvious maintenance or attempt at correction. I was very disappointed in the experience staying for two nights in West Chester, and would never stay there again. Things I didn't like: Rude desk staff - the fellow that checked us in was very rude. The woman that checked us out was very rude. Condition of the room and amenities - the bed felt and looked like they retrieved it from a dumpster. Seriously, you expect someone to sleep on that? Spend a night or two in those beds and see if you'd be happy and rested. All the drawers in the dresser and night stands were broken. The bathroom and fixtures need to be updated. Past fixes are obvious due to the poor workmanship....old, old, old. A pool but no pool - there's a pool outside, but it's empty. The outside of the building is in obvious disrepair - If I would have seen the hotel from the outside before reservation, I'd never have stayed there.

Paying less than $100/night for a hotel in these area made me wonder what I was getting myself into. Was a great, no. Was it worth the price, yes. Clearly the property has seen better days but the grounds were clean and the interior tidy, albeit pretty heavily scented by cleaning products. WiFi worked, though I go a better connection using my phone as a hotspot. Biggest negative is making the left turn off the nearby highway. Be prepared to wait five or minutes during rush hour for a break in the traffic. Nothing within easy walking distance due to the lack of side walks and traffic. I didn’t expect much for breakfast and the brown bag offered at the front desk came with a granola bar, bottle of water and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich.

I tried to check in around 1230 am after booking through traveluro. I was informed that I had reserved the room for that day, which meant I couldn't check in til 3 pm. No chance to upgrade since bought thru a 3rd party vendor, and no more rooms of my type available. But he says I can early check in at 7 am for an extra fee of 25 bucks. So I try and take a nap in my car in the parking lot, wait til 8 am, go in to a new front desk clerk and she tells me my room qont be available until 3 pm, it's still occupied. Can I get a different room? Nope, cuz this is quality inn, and we hate you. And, of course, everything is non refundable.
