酒店回复: We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. The day that you stayed reached an outside temperature of 111 degrees Fahrenheit. It does take the air conditioner units a little bit to cool the room. At any point that you were not happy with the air conditioner while you were here, we would have been very happy to come take a look at it. Maintenance was on site that day just in case there were any issues and you never let us know about the air conditioner. We cannot help fix something if we do not know about it. The chair in your room was replaced the day you checked out. I did speak to the desk clerk that was working and he denies attempting to charge you for it. Especially since we had known that it was ripped and had to wait for our shipment of new chairs to come in. The day the shipment came in it was replaced. 酒店回复: We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. We do have a new housekeeper that was unaware that lost items needed to be brought to the front desk to be logged in to the system. I have full faith and trust in our housekeeping staff. If something is left behind, they tell us immediately. But like I said, this housekeeper is very new and as soon as she started we got extremely busy with the large fire near us, so we our still trying to train her on all policies while trying to get rooms clean for the fire crews saving the towns around us. Again, we apologize and we will make it a priority to make sure she know that all lost and found items must go to the front desk to get logged in before being taken to our lost and found area.
