Heater was broken. Room was cold. Carpet was nasty. Front desk check in person was difficult and off putting at best. The garbage outside looked like Vesivias: ready to explode they were so full and dirty. Where do I get my refund?

The staff members was very courtesy. One star off because our safe had a low battery and needed replacement and they had no batteries. Not a deal breaker as it wasn't a big issue for us but could have been for someone. These things need to be checked regularly and replacement batteries available.

We picked this hotel because of reviews and location. I appreciated it was clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. I appreciated they had breakfast as well!

Room was dirty there were bugs and spiders my 2 daughters were bitten not sure if it was bed bigs but threw everything in the washer and hot dryer as soon as we got home
Room had a bad odor and security lock had previously been ripped off and repaired but questionably functional only the towels and sheets were clean
Will NEVER stay here again

Staff was helpful. The room had a plumbing issue with shower. Looked like the flooring tile had been removed & not replaced correctly leaving it sunk in .

I was very impressed over all, even the lobby bathroom was supplied with essentials such as pads, hand lotion and extra tissue and toilet paper stocked on display. The room was excellent with the toiletries also supplied mounted to the wall in shower and at the sink. I slept so good on that bed if I had room to take it home I would have bought it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

我和妻子已经来过这里好几次了。我们还会继续来住，唯一的问题是早餐太便宜了，而且可以做得更好，比如提供真正的水果酸奶和洗净的水果。
我们之前住过这家酒店，房间不太好。我们决定再试一次，换了个房间，比之前住的房间好多了。唯一不太满意的是进门时房间的气味。可能是空调/暖气设备的问题，需要更换过滤器了！
