太糟糕了……你付了延长住宿费,我买了些杂货,但他们竟然连餐具都没有……电视机都坏了,人也都蓝了,没人维修,而且只有一个客房服务……真的!!我当天就退房了,你们竟然因为只住了15分钟就拒绝退款。再也不来了……太糟糕了
酒店与描述不完全相符。房间昏暗阴暗,走廊似乎半明半暗。淋浴喷头出水雾状。入住第三晚,前台一位服务员要求我们出示身份证明并重新登记房间,她说这是“根据规定”。但我们要求与她的经理沟通后,她才开始认真帮助我们。我们入住的三间房卡中,只有一把到最后一天还能用。我绝对不会再住这家酒店,也建议其他人尽量避免入住。虽然还有两位服务员服务态度很好,但这不足以让我们推荐其他人体验我们的经历。
前台的年轻女士需要加薪,和她共事很棒。我帮同事预订了这间房,他直到凌晨12:30才入住,但她让他轻松拿到了钥匙,享受了入住的时光。谢谢
拿到钥匙卡去了房间但是不起作用我回到了大堂酒店员工给我拿来了卡但是不能用进入房间地板很脏好像有人在那里浴室浴缸很脏而且浴室水槽堵塞了不太可能再回到那里。
房子前面有个流浪汉的营地。墙上爬满了蟑螂。没人清理宠物的粪便,到处都是粪便。我住了一晚就离开了,就算不能退款也无所谓。太恶心了。
味道太难闻了。虽然工作人员很专业,但房间很恶心,而且人们非常吵闹,还在门前疯狂吸烟。我不得不换房间,太恶心了
