I am a regular at this hotel and I asked to check in early for about an hour, so from 11-12. Because I had to leave again and not return until 4:00pm. I Just needed to freshen up after a 5 hour drive. They wanted to charge me an extra fee of which I didn’t have, however they did let me use the lobby’s bathroom so I can wash my face and change clothing . The reception even recognized me from previous stays, but unable to accommodate.

The room was so humid that you could almost cut it with a knife. I could barely breathe when you walked in the room. It felt like you were walking into a swamp.

Needs some improvements
The floor wasn’t clean, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder needed replaced, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and we had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat! Aside from that, the room was okay, pleasantly decorated and the bed was comfortable.

Just felt uncomfortable in the room
Just didn't feel comfortable at the location. While staff was helpful the hotel is rundown. The floors feel like concrete and are uncomfortable to walk on even in socks.

Received a different room than booked and the room ended up having no towels or soap. These things happen, but it was disappointing.

Decent option for the price and staff is very friendly with good service. Breakfast can be a better.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't figure out the two remotes to the tv and he walked me thru how to use them. I very much appreciated it.
