The room was dirty, food was left in the fridge from prior guest’s microwave was dirty. Mirror in the bathroom was smeared and not cleaned thoroughly. I didn’t have an iron. I’ll never stay again I’m going to Yelp.

Room did not have light bulbs in any of the lamps. Beds spread was dirty with paint splattered on it. Bathroom door would not close because hinges were bent.
Hotel staff offered to moved us to a new room to fix the problem.

soiled couch, torn leather on desk chair, broken soap dispenser and no tv remote. Got moved to another room and although that one was better, the phone did not work for me to call down to the front desk. The desk chair still had leather patches missed off, missing off the side of it, the luggage cart squealed at an unmerciful decibel so everyone in the hallway could hear me coming and going. Wi-Fi did not work in the room, so I end up using my hotspot. This location was wonderful and if the hotel were adequate, it would be a wonderful stay.

The staff was friendly but the seemed short staffed. There was no one available to check me in for my staff due to “staff change”. I had to wait for housekeeping to call a manager and get checked in over the phone. Clean towels are provided upon request only and you must pick up at the front desk. Mis information was provided about rooms to be cleaned. Still not sure if the rooms get cleaned upon request or every 3 days. My stay was 3 days and never had my bed made even after requesting it. My last night of my stay my room was partially cleaned and the door was left open.

I really enjoyed breakfast because the lady was so nice and very attentive to details. Very clean plus the lady was very polite. Thank you. Hope the manager recognizes her for her good work.

然而，房间的清洁和维护状况很差。浴室门框有螺丝突出，导致门必须用力才能关上。明明是禁烟房，家具上却有烟头烫痕，浴室地板上有头发，墙纸上有唇彩污迹，微波炉旁的抽屉里有碎屑和黏糊糊的东西，迷你冰箱也不怎么好用。我们还在床边的地板上发现了一个烟头以及其他“吸烟”留下的垃圾。很明显，即使房间打扫过，也打扫得不干净。
室内泳池也有问题……泳池灯就直接放在泳池边的水泥地上，电线还伸到水里；整个泳池房间都弥漫着霉味，水也有些浑浊。总的来说，以这个价格来看，这次住宿不算太糟糕，但也没有达到它本可以/应该达到的标准。
房间还可以。咖啡机旁边的水槽没水。没有吹风机。早餐时我点了以前常有的果酱和奶油奶酪，结果他们说现在没有了。柜台人员的态度也不太友好。我一直住在这里，但服务越来越差了。
房间的状况不是很好——我的房间墙上有一大片填补的痕迹，浴缸里的陶瓷碎片也丢失了，等等。就我支付的价格而言，这并不值得。
房间很乱，墙上洒满了液体，墙上有一个大洞，浴帘掉了下来，浴室的门把手松了，床上用品有污渍，游泳池很脏。
