当我预订时，我要求一间带大号床的房间，但我认为我得到的不是这样的，感觉小了很多，不舒服，我和我的男朋友睡得不好，我通常很享受在那里的住宿，从来没有任何抱怨，我只是需要床是我订购的尺寸，你可以随时选择更大的，但不能选择更小的
卧室的毛巾总是需要更换，毛巾上沾满了污渍，头发也嵌在里面。毛巾被折叠起来，从上面看不到，但一旦打开，就非常恶心和不卫生。我们的浴室每天晚上都有一股浓重的臭味，我们不得不开着风扇睡觉，门也关着。我不会再住那里了。入住第二天我要求换干净的毛巾，结果他们却越来越不给面子，不知道是不是客房清洁工生气了。毛巾上沾着别人的头发真是太恶心了，完全不能接受。我们的床单上也有别人的头发。不会再住这里了。
由配偶预订。他们要求我出示身份证，并告知这是市政法规。这似乎是违法的。
