Confusing lay out of buildings, no lobby this way signage anywhere. Park your car and good luck finding that same entrance door. Neither lamp worked in room which i reported 1st night. Nothing done our 2 night stay. Left with harsh fluorescent overheads. Refrigerator door either rusty or moldy didnt use it. The heat/AC unit whistled then sounded like a turbine. The bed was clean, comfortable. The bathroom clean, stocked. It was quiet enough.

The heater in the room didn’t work and the tv was out of signal even after I had an employee check both things for me .

Tv did not work and when we asked staff for help they refused to send somwone to room to help. There was no bathtub in room. There was no breakfast. We had a room next to us that had their music on very loud till 2am having a party and staff again declined to help.

Me and my son checked in around 9:30.That evening when grabbed some dinner grabbed a few other things.Probably got back to the room like 10:40 / 11:00 like about 2:30 in the morning somebody pulled the fire alarm that went off from two thirty to about four the front desk wasn't able to turn it off. The fired apartment took their sweet precious time. If it was an emergency, we would have been burned down. And despite all that , I wasn't able to get my money back ended up with fifty percent credit , and I was only at the hotel forb4 hours before this incident happened

Check in was easy. The first one they put me in. Apparently the manager decided they didn’t want anybody on the first floor so they switched my room out and I got up to the room and I couldn’t get the door to lock so I went back downstairs to get a different room they gave me a different room. Everything was good with that room it was clean— Staff is always helpful and politethere.
