The staff was fine. They did their job but this place IS NOT as advertised. It smelled like cigarettes and **** smoke was in the walls and carpets. And the smell was covered by industrial cleaning products. The room smelled of humid wet air. The bed looked nothing like pictured and was very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing more than stale coffee and packaged muffins and cookies. It was a very uncomfortable stay. Was more like a motel 6 than an extended stay.

Stayed for two nights with my family. The hotel location is ideal as there are many food options, shops and highways are nearby but not overwhelmingly close that it bothers yours access/exit to the property. Check in was smooth, parking is free and breakfast is available ( although we didn’t have an opportunity to try ). Cleanliness could be worked on. The room for the most part was cleaned except for some trash we found under the beds that shouldn’t have been missed. And our microwave caught on fire the first time we tried using it. We called for a replacement but unfortunately didn’t happen. Overall, is was a pretty nice stay. Thank you.

The room smelled like smoke. The phone didn’t work. I had the wrong remote for the tv. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The tub stopper didn’t work. My trash wasn’t emptied for 4 days.
