Would not recommend
Not a very well maintained property, non-attentive staff- ie multiple requests for things and this is not me being high maintenance it basic customer service. Poor quality food and service at the restaurant/bar. I don’t even consume alcohol just expect again basic level of customer service.
Rooms are not well maintained, moldy shower, things like lights and tv not working. Hotel is very loud so not relaxing or a great environment to get any sleep. Oh and coffee and breakfast are not included, it’s a pay per item type service.

No maid service, loud guests in the hallways at night, $50 for two drinks in the hotel bar. Ridiculous. As a former platinum Marriott member, this property should not be associated with the Marriott brand.

My go to hotel in the area.
Have stayed here several times. More modern feeling than most places. If you want to get to sleep early you might want to get a room that is not facing the inner courtyard. Late night revelry might keep you up.

The property was peaceful and quiet. The staff was helpful, nice, and attentive. I didn't have any issues with my stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, including the elevator. One of my pet peeves is a dirty or smelly elevator in an establishment. The room was spacious with lots of counter space and spotless. Great hotel in a great area! I'll definitely stay here again!

Decent but won't return
I would probably not stay at this hotel again. Overall no issues, the place was decent..my room a tad bit unclean. Had a smell, opened the refrigerator to find a previous guest had left food which spoiled it had been in there awhile. The hotel is due for some minor repairs. Aesthetics for a "modern" hotel are lacking

My room had ants on a cart inside the room. I asked the front desk to exterminate. When I returned, my room had not been cleaned and certainly not exterminated. I called the front desk and Alejandro said he couldn't do anything about it, there was no manager to talk to and there were no more rooms. He said he may have some spray but didn't know. An hour later, my husband went to the desk and he ran in the back and stayed. My husband opened the door and asked about the spray and he said he would look for some. He came and sprayed the cart and around the bed. He refused to remove the cart and said that was all he could do for me and left.

Very unique decor. Nice and clean also.
The American flag needs replacing badly and the lights in the room would be nice if you could use the bathroom light without ALL the others going on. Maybe a night light also. And would be nice to have a shelf in the shower in case we don't tolerate YOUR cleaners and need to use our own. The ice in the lobby was in a chunk and not easily accessible. Couldn't even get it out of the freezer.
It would be nice to have a small breakfast without having to pay since the price of the room was high enough!!
