Nice room with sofa bed couch. Beds are comfortable and the young girl at the service counter was very nice during check in.

Interaction with staff upon check-in was good. Hotel was ok, some updates had been done, floors & bathroom which were nice. Wooden furniture was very dated, hair dryer needed to be replaced (only blew super hot air) and the lamps on bed side tables were rusty.

GET YOUR STORIES STRAIGHT
When we checked into the Hotel, I specifically inquired about the housekeeping policy. I was assured that we would have Housekeeping services during our stay. When we returned to the room at the end of the day, it had been untouched. The person at the front desk explained that they don't do Housekeeping unless you are staying there for a week (A WEEK, REALLY). When I spoke with a gentleman on the property who actually provided us with towels, he said we had to request them upon check-in. It truly seems that NO ONE knows their own policies. On a side note, please explain to me how you are to utilize the blackout curtains if they completely cover the AC/Heater unit. If you try to put them up, they just keep falling all night and block the unit. (see attached photo). Overall experience: POOR

酒店回复: I am sorry you were misinformed of our housekeeping policy. Due to staffing we only provide stayover service on 4 day or more stays. We have extended stay guests so that is where the 7 day stay is involved. Towels after one night need only be requested and our houseman will bring them to your room. Even with the curtain length there is still air flow when the HVAC unit is turned on. Thank you for the review.

This was a perfect stop for us and very conveniently located. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Our only issue was the internet was weak in the evening. I'm assuming due to heavy use. The morning it was fine. Would definitly stay here again.

The hotel was located behind the attached gas station/convenience store, so the parking area and front entrance was not immediately evident. The check-in process was a bit slow - the single clerk was busy with check-ins and made it known she couldn’t take a “bio break.”
The room was very large and in a separate building where the entrance wasn’t clearly visible or marked; had a second floor room with no elevator. WiFi didn’t work.

It was a nice stay and close to the Tillamook factory and other things to see/do around Tillamook. The room looks nice and renovated but was a little dirty when we got there with dirt on the floor and a pair of lashes left on the coffee maker.

I specifically asked for a NO-smoking, NO-pet room. Apparently, they put me in a pet room anyway. The hallway into the room smelled so bad I literally had to plug my nose. Going outside also smelled disgusting. When I gave a suggestion to the lady at the desk the following morning, she gave me the dirtiest look like I was crazy! Most people that do NOT have pets, do NOT want to be in a room/area with other pets that stink! When I specifically ask for a room that is NOT for pets and you give me that room, what do you expect?

酒店回复: Thank you for the review. We do try to accomodate all the special requests. We have one small building that is a pet free area. If it is full then there is nowhere but the main building where there may have been a pet in any given room. As far as the smell outside...that comes with the dairy farms. I agree about pet smells they are horrific and noticeable to those who do not possess any pets. I will put in a discount for you.
