One bed was broke, tv falling off wall, remote didn’t operate tv, mold in light fixtures in. Bathroom, shower curtain rod falling down, front desk staff not friendly, noisy , illegal substances in hallway and this is just the immediate stuff seen at first glance

Room was adequate. Very nice woman at check in. However our tv didn’t work. Requested assistance but no one showed up. When we were ready to go to the airport they took us, did not have to wait at all. Will return for our next flight out of Rochester, NY.

Absolutely horrifying!.while getting dressed the front desk authorized 2 sets of key cards for the same room and my husband and i were walked in on by some stranger. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

办理入住时，酒店前台说费用是200美元，而不是我从Trip.com上预订的91.20美元的保证价格。他说这是因为周一有日食。但我是周六入住，周日退房，所以跟日食没有任何关系。他态度恶劣，出言不逊。我知道我找不到其他住处了，所以付了200美元，并告诉他我会给差评。
另外……房间里还有一位“客人”，一只蟑螂。我把它拍死了。
员工的服务非常友好，我很满意。
房间糟透了。第一晚没有暖气，电视也坏了。整个入住期间我都投诉了，但问题始终没有解决。之后入住期间只有一半时间有暖气。早餐宣传不实。而且酒店本身也很破旧。夜班工作人员态度极其恶劣。买家务必谨慎！！！
员工服务很好。房间里没有电话，所以没有叫醒服务。空气清新剂的味道太浓，熏得我肺疼。
我不喜欢这里，这里是无家可归的人的聚集地
