Me and my friends did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We were told one thing over the phone inquiring about a cot, got there and they went back on their word. Breakfast was cold. Toilet wasn’t correctly fastened in ground.

Okay for one night
Check-in was fast and easy and the lady was friendly during check in. The parking lot of the hotel was filthy with trash. The beds were comfortable. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom. Breakfast was fair.

My room wasn't cleaned. Hair in one of the beds, and beds were made without changing the linen. Informed the staff, was given a new room that wasn't cleaned at all. They cleaned the first room, and we stayed in that one. I wasn't offered a comp or discount. Also, someone was smoking cigarettes and it made my room reek of the smell.

The whole bedroom was extremely damp… there was a band aid and several other pieces of trash in the halls. Just overall felt gross. Stayed due to my late check in time but left immediately in the morning after a shower. The check in lady was very nice. Poorly maintained building and rooms.

Good but cold
It was a nice experience. The indoor pool was ice cold though. One of my daughters couldn't stay in it long and didn't get back in it the whole weekend. Ms. Kerry was wondering during the free breakfast and made sure it stayed stocked and her smile was SO WONDERFUL!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing on a number of levels.
When we arrived to attempt to check in the parking area and green spaces around the property were unkept with weeds and briars in between the parking spaces. Trash cans overflowing and overturned.
We arrived a bit after 1 PM and asked if an early check-in was available. We were informed that an early check-in required an additional charge. I travel a good bit and have never experienced that.
We declined and had two hours to kill. When we returned we checked in and were given a 1st floor room.
Upon entering the room it was warm, the AC unit was running but wasn't working well and couldn't cool the room. It never did cool down much.
I am happy to say that the room itself was clean even if dated. But, the lamps did not work in the room and later in the evening when we returned from an event we realized there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. How does that happen?
The property doesn't offer convience items for sale like toothpast, or Tylenol or anything like thst. There are only vending machines that take coins only.
The staff we interacted with were very nice, but it almost looks like management isn't really trying.
There are much better options at this interchange.

I will speak with our housekeeping staff on the importance of ensuring that one is replaced when removing the existing one for cleaning. Please feel free to inform any staff member immediately if that happens so that we can quickly resolve the issue. I am having maintenance check the lamps and AC first thing tomorrow. While we do not sell items like toothpaste and Tylenol we do have some items such as toothbrush and toothpaste available complimentary. We have informed the vendor of the snack machine not accepting bills at the moment and apologize for the inconvenience and do have quarters available at the front desk for guests if these situations do occur.

Do better .
Our room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there .They were very short staffed so therefore the young lady that works the front desk in the morning was doing everyone’s job she was very apologetic however that doesn’t account for all the money I had to pay staying there from Wed-Mon without a room clean or a garbage removed and also asking for towels everyday .I wasn’t please with any of that at all.
