前台服务人员很热情,乐于助人。酒店大堂和走廊有一股难闻的气味,不过房间本身还不错。
很无语,平时100刀不到的宾馆,碰到美国Golf决赛房价160。以前住过Quality inn感觉还行,没想到我房间的床单和被子都有黄渍。那就不脱衣服将就一晚,第二天再洗澡。可惜浴缸放了10分钟不出热水。只好洗手盆洗个脸出门。再吐槽,出门等Uber.司机按导航转了2圈没找到宾馆。最后还是客户来接,他说导航导到宾馆后面,还好机智找到我了。最后值得一提的是前台服务不错,给我存了行李,关心我的Uber没接到云云。
前台的绅士非常友好热情。走廊里弥漫着浓重的香味,让人不禁怀疑是不是为了掩盖更难闻的味道?浴帘和床单上沾满了污渍,甚至不知道它们是否干净。枕头是黄色的。壁柜上的过滤器堵塞了,很长时间没有清洗了。电梯很脏,地板很粘。
更糟糕的是,以后再也不住这里了,千万别预订。
这是我很久以来最糟糕的酒店体验之一。浴缸里的水龙头不停地滴水,根本停不下来。电话线丢了。我甚至无法打电话给前台。底层的门和楼梯都坏了,我试图打开门,把手却在我手里掉了下来。早餐糟透了,没有新鲜水果,油桃硬得像石头,苹果也坏了。早上前台的人不在,大约15分钟后终于找到了人,我表达了对酒店状况的担忧,但他似乎不太愿意听我说话。

酒店陈旧且不干净。淋浴间和浴室里到处都是黑蝇。淋浴间的水龙头坏了。被子被撕破了,床上有污渍。镜子碎了,家具上沾满了污渍。
