Instead you waited 8 mins, and after were quickly and promptly checked in. We apologize that you felt our staff was rude and dismissive as this was not at all the intention of our staff. Regarding the safe environment, after talking with the staff members there were no complaints that were brought to their attention regarding anyone not feeling safe or disturbed. We do take all safety and security complaints seriously. I am sorry that your stay with us was not to your liking. We will be using your comments to ensure future success at our hotel.

入住时被锁在门外——糟糕的塞勒姆欢迎仪式
我带着家人从外州赶来参加塞勒姆的一个社区活动。经过长途驾车,我们抵达了舒适酒店,本以为会受到热情的欢迎。结果却发现大门紧锁,没有工作人员提供帮助。尽管我们打电话给前台,反复敲门,却还是被锁在门外近两个小时,直到凌晨两点才得以获准进入。这不仅令人沮丧,而且不安全,令人无法接受,尤其是对于一个深夜出行的家庭来说。这彻底毁了我们对这家酒店和这座城市的第一印象。
我们入住后,工作人员态度粗鲁,不屑一顾,无视我们的基本要求,对我们一行人也非常不公平。更糟糕的是,其他客人在入口处喝酒抽烟,而我们一家人必须从那里经过,没有工作人员介入,也没有提供安全、尊重的环境。
这不仅仅是小小的不便,而是对基本接待服务的缺失。我不会再住这家酒店,也不会推荐任何来塞勒姆的人来。我希望管理层和公司领导层认真对待这些问题。
我于2025年3月19日预订了21号和22号的房间。我于2025年3月21日到达。入住后,房间简直糟透了。我联系了前台,要求取消预订,因为房间太脏了。前台女士说她没有取消的权限,但会联系不在场的经理。前台在15分钟内给我回了电话,说经理不会取消我的预订,因为需要提前48小时通知。我向她解释说,我的预订时间还不到48小时。但这无关紧要,所以我和妻子没有退款就离开了,在另一家酒店租了个房间。我再也不会住舒适旅馆了。
浴室淋浴坏了,门上的锁也坏了,地毯太脏了,有异味,住在那里并不便宜!!! 我们之前在那里住过,我不会再在那里住了,我希望能够获得退款,这太糟糕了。
工作人员简直太棒了,我住了两晚,唯一的原因是我们最后一晚离开了,去了另一家度假村。酒店本身需要翻新。我们第一个房间的淋浴坏了,所以需要用水桶冲,他们让我们换了房间;第二个房间的空调也坏了,所以没有暖气,而且很冷。
设施非常老旧,设施简陋。泳池开放时间超过18小时,晚上10点后应该还有。早餐很差劲。至少有华夫饼,但没有花生酱吐司,没有贝果,还有难吃的微波炉“煎蛋”。所有工作人员都非常好。我觉得这里还算干净,只是太旧了,所有东西看起来都脏兮兮的。基本上,这里的东西一分价钱一分货。不算难吃,只是没那么棒。
对于这样的质量和条件,我们付了太高的价格。价格只有这里的一半,这让人无法接受。房间里有烟味,尽管房间是禁止吸烟的。柜台的那个女孩很棒,找到了一些喷雾剂来中和气味。(她是整个体验中唯一的亮点。)但由于入住人数众多,我不得不自己去喷,喷完后再回来。后来才意识到是在门边的墙上。它们是像墙纸一样的织物,自安装以来的 30 年里,它可能吸收了所有的气味。浴缸和浴室的地板有缺乏适当清洁的迹象。房间电话自安装以来可能就没有清洗过。不知道上面有什么,但我拒绝触摸它或电视遥控器。垃圾桶旁边的墙上有污渍。未使用的毛巾需要与用过的一起更换。第一条浴巾上有两处看起来像是死虫的东西,通常是因为它们在架子上放了很长时间。床、枕头和床单看起来很干净。客房服务是酒店最重要的因素。这家酒店要么需要更好地培训员工,要么需要支付足够的薪水让他们能够胜任工作,而我支付的费用足以满足这两点。这家酒店几乎和假日酒店一样好,我没去的唯一原因是它客满。这家酒店明显更干净,维护也更好。我们继续住在这里的唯一原因是我的孩子太累了,不想换酒店。
床裙和窗帘有破洞。房间里有异味,尤其是浴室。马桶和浴缸周围的填缝剂缺失。总体来说需要维修。
