Room was great and the staff responsive. Breakfast was well above average! Overall, a good stay, a fantastic value, and a hotel we will no doubt chose again when staying in Salem.
The lighter review: ++ on black tea choices. Too often black tea is no-name brand undrinkable stuff. Not here! Tea was more than decent, yay! - on only having 2% milk. I've given up on seeing skim, but at least 1% would be nice, especially since there is half and half.

Wonderful stay! All amenities were in order and working. The front desk were absolute sweethearts. Great breakfast, comfy beds and a nice suite attachment. Will definitely stay again as well as recommend to others.

The room was pretty clean, there is always a random hair somewhere in a hotel of course. The staff were super sweet and they even provided me with a toothbrush when I forgot mine. I will 100% come back here when I need a spot for the night.

The room overall was good. The bathroom was a bit dirty. There was a ball of wet toilet paper on the ceiling in the bathroom. The pool was extremely dirty.

Breakfast was much better than expected: different breads, sausage patty , English muffin, hot waffles , boiled and scrambled eggs , OJ & other drinks and much more. Super clean property, great pool and hot pool & sauna… overall the hotel beats our expectations.

Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. Everything was super clean. I wanted to use the hot tub, but there were too many children having a great time (good for them - I was just not feeling it), so I can't speak for the pool area.

The light and the fan in the bathroom were operated on the same switch, so I was unable to use the bathroom light as a "night light" because the fan was too loud.
Also, lots of traffic noise from the highway.
The room was clean and comfortable
The staff were polite and helpful
Overall, the room met my needs, which were pretty basic. I just needed a place to sleep for 1 night.
