We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The room was tiny. The heating unit was old and dirty. It was so bad that I was hesitant to get in the bed for fear of bed bugs although I didn't see any.

Holes in curtains, no waste baskets, paint peeling, bathroom hasno toilet paper holder and tub plug broken. Its a real rat hole.
酒店残旧，完全不符合国际品牌的标准，硬件日久失修且缺乏维护，连清洁也做的不足。酒店附近缺乏配套，比较荒芜，员工以缺乏培训，表情冷淡。
基本上是一家改建的汽车旅馆，门看起来不止一次被踢过。浴室很脏。我不是公主，但这实在是太恶心了。基本上睡在床单上等待早晨，并尽量不碰任何东西
我很容易取悦，只要给我一个干净的房间、干净的毛巾和一张舒适的床就可以了。这个地方没有他们。浴室里留下了脏毛巾，淋浴间里有虫子，几乎就是“永远不要再住在这里了”的全部内容。
有人砍倒了灌木丛，但从未清除过插条。
房间的地板上发霉了，淋浴间的排水管被堵塞了。我检查了下水道里有一根棍子。当我拉出绳子时，发现上面有很多东西，所以它已经放在那里很长一段时间了。下面是排水管上的头发。我没有删除它。
